Enable more hidden patches in Quartz Composer

Smokris at The Floating-Point Divide has uncovered some patches that were not enabled by Clockskew’s hidden patch plugin, and makes them available on his blog.

Included: Flame Image, GLSL Shader, Replicate in Time, Sample and Hold, Signal, String Timecode, Color Mixer, iTunes Database, Instant Messaging Status, RSS Parser, Expressions, Checkerboard Image, Color Channels and Log.
